Sharing of Information

Reedos operates as an agency to bring investment services to you. We may be required to share relevant information with our partners, including exchanges, with whom you choose to transact. Additionally, we may use your information to enhance or customize your experience on our platform.

No Cryptocurrency Services

Our app does not provide cryptocurrency exchange services. There is no functionality related to cryptocurrency trading, transactions, or wallet management in our app.

Financial Transactions

Orders placed through our platform are executed using APIs provided by the exchange. Financial transactions are not processed within our app. Instead, payments are completed directly between the exchange and the clients using a payment link sent to the registered email ID of the clients.

Account Deletion: You may choose to delete your account on the Platform (i.e., the website https://www.xirr.live and/or the mobile application XIRR.LIVE) along with any information associated with it, at any time.

How to Delete Your Account:

For both Web and Mobile, the option to delete your account is available under Profile → Delete Account within the Client Login section.

Effect of Deletion:

1.Upon requesting account deletion, you will no longer be able to access the Platform or use any of its Services. We reserve the right to discontinue providing Services to you via the Platform.

2.In response to your request, we may delete your personal and other information, or de-identify it so that it becomes anonymous and is no longer attributable to you.

Retention of Information:

Notwithstanding this policy or the Privacy Policy, we may retain certain information, in whole or in part, in accordance with our internal policies and/or as required by applicable law.
